This project involved the construction of a new four-bedroom detached family home in Kent. Built from foundations through to completion, the property was designed in a traditional country style, incorporating high-quality materials and craftsmanship to create a home that complements its rural setting.
The spacious accommodation was carefully planned to provide comfortable family living while retaining the character and appearance of a traditional Kent home. Distinctive features included decorative hanging tiles, bespoke oak-framed leaded windows, oak cladding, and a bespoke external oak staircase, all contributing to the property's character and architectural appeal.
In addition to the main dwelling, a detached triple garage was constructed to provide secure parking for three vehicles and additional storage space. The garage was complemented by the external oak staircase, creating practical first-floor access while enhancing the overall design.
The completed project successfully delivered a high-quality family home that combines traditional design, craftsmanship, and practicality, creating a property that sits naturally within its countryside setting.
