Our Approach

We manage health and safety through a structured risk management process, including:

Identification of hazards
Risk assessment and control measures
Development of safe systems of work
Ongoing monitoring and review

We ensure adequate financial and physical resources are allocated to maintain high safety standards across all our operations. Emergency preparedness and site safety planning form part of our project management process.

Training and Competence

We provide appropriate supervision, information, instruction and training to our employees and subcontractors.

Where necessary, we appoint or consult competent health and safety professionals to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

All employees and subcontractors are expected to cooperate fully with our health and safety procedures. Failure to do so is treated seriously.
