This project involved a comprehensive retail upgrade to improve functionality, day-to-day operations, and sales performance. Works included the creation of a new retail shop and stockroom through the construction of a partition wall and the reconfiguration of an existing Leader Lounge, removing old furniture and installing retail shelving and fixtures, along with the installation of a new stair platform lift to provide accessibility to the new retail area and toilets.

Due to the presence of asbestos within the existing floor, specialist procedures were implemented to safely facilitate the wall installation and stair platform lift.

These upgrades have delivered a large modern, functional retail area, improving operational efficiency, accessibility, and the overall usability of the space for staff and visitors.
