This project converted six selected guest bedrooms into dedicated Leader Lounges, creating comfortable and functional breakout spaces within the accommodation blocks. Works included installation of new kitchenettes and conversion of existing en-suites into kitchenette areas.

The refurbishment involved removal of bunk beds, fixed cupboards, and sinks, alongside installation of replacement flooring and full redecoration, including new feature walls. Additional works included redecoration of 48 leader bedrooms and six existing Leader Lounges within the accommodation blocks, together with replacement door signage to 80 rooms throughout the corridors. Final furnishings and interior fittings completed the transformation, creating modern and practical lounge spaces tailored to the client’s requirements.
