This project converted 12 selected guest bedrooms into dedicated Leader Lounges, creating comfortable and functional breakout spaces within the accommodation blocks. An existing shop was also converted into a Leader Lounge to expand the available facilities. Works included installing new kitchenettes, converting existing en-suites into kitchenette areas, and door infills where adjoining rooms were reconfigured.

The refurbishment involved removal of all shop equipment, bunk beds, fixed cupboards, and sinks, installation of replacement flooring, and full redecoration with a new feature wall. Additional works included redecoration of 72 leader bedrooms and 7 existing Leader Lounges within the accommodation blocks, and updating door signage to 236 rooms in the corridors. Final furnishings and interior fittings created modern, practical lounge spaces tailored to the client’s needs.
