This project involved a series of external improvement works across the site to enhance safety, functionality, and overall appearance. Works included the construction of a new gazebo to create an outdoor staff area, refurbishment of a designated staff smoking area, and installation of a new fence to screen an unused building, with existing signage removed beforehand. Additional works included the removal and repainting of the entrance stop sign, paving within the outdoor eating area following the removal of redundant power cables, and jet washing and general tidying of the Laser Tag activity zone.

Further works were carried out within staff accommodation areas to reduce slips, trips, and falls hazards, including repairs to bollard lighting. Site lighting upgrades and repairs were also completed to improve visibility and safety across external areas. Installation of an additional bottle filling station outside the sports centre was also completed to improve site amenities.

These works have improved the safety, presentation, and usability of key outdoor areas across the site.
