This project involved the construction of a bespoke residential extension designed to create additional living space while enhancing the connection between the home and garden. Works included the construction of the extension, installation of new oak doors and patio doors, together with associated making good and decoration works.

The defining feature of the project was the striking bespoke oak central roof structure, incorporating oak beams and double-glazed safety glass. The exposed oak framework creates a distinctive architectural focal point, while the glazed roof allows natural light to flood the space and provides views of the surrounding outdoor environment. The combination of traditional oak craftsmanship and contemporary glazing delivers a unique and visually impressive addition to the property, creating a bright and inviting living space.
