This project involved carrying out roof leak investigation and remedial works at Grosvenor Hall to address multiple sources of water ingress and the associated internal damage. Works included the installation of scaffolding and crane-assisted access, replacement of a failed lead flat roof with a new EPDM roofing system, asphalt roof repairs, installation of torch-on felt repair strips, lead flashing works, chimney repairs including re-flaunching and chimney pot replacement, localised roof tile repairs, and the cleaning and clearance of roof valleys, gutters, and internal outlets.


Internally, the project included repairs to ceilings and walls affected by damp and water damage. Making good works were undertaken to restore damaged surfaces, followed by full redecoration to return the affected areas to a clean and presentable condition.


The completed project successfully resolved the roof leak issues, restored the affected internal areas, and improved the overall condition, appearance, and weatherproofing performance of the building.
